These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Jämna. By purchasing or using Jämna, you agree to these terms.

  1. About Jämna

Jämna is a digital home-organization tool that creates gentle, capacity-aware cleaning and decluttering plans. It is intended for general informational and organizational purposes only. Jämna is not medical, psychological, or mental-health treatment and is not a substitute for professional care.

  1. Purchase and Delivery

Jämna is sold as a one-time digital purchase for the price displayed during checkout. It is not a subscription. Applicable taxes may be added during checkout.

Digital access is delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and retaining your order and access information.

  1. Personal and Household License

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Jämna for personal purposes. Members of your household may also use it.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, copy for commercial purposes, or provide Jämna to people outside your household. You may not claim the product, its design, wording, or content as your own.

  1. Your Information and Progress

Jämna stores progress, customized wording, and preferences locally in the browser and device you use. This information might not automatically transfer between browsers or devices. You are responsible for creating and retaining backups using the available backup feature.

Payment, order, and delivery information is processed through Shopify and related service providers according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

  1. Device and Browser Use

Jämna is designed for use through a modern web browser. Its appearance or functionality may vary by device, browser, privacy setting, or future browser update. We may update the product to maintain or improve its functionality, but a purchase does not guarantee future features or a specific schedule of updates.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of Jämna, attempt to gain unauthorized access to related systems, use the product unlawfully, or reproduce or distribute it beyond the license granted above.

  1. Intellectual Property

Jämna and its original design, content, text, branding, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing Jämna gives you permission to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.

  1. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund and Return Policy displayed during checkout. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Disclaimer

Jämna is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep it useful and functioning, results will vary, and no particular cleaning, organizational, health, or personal outcome is guaranteed.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jämna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the product. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for Jämna. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

  1. Suspension or Termination

The personal-use license may be suspended or terminated if these terms are materially violated, including unauthorized resale or distribution. Any refund rights will remain subject to the Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when reasonably necessary to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updated terms will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Your purchase remains subject to any consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

For questions about your purchase or these terms, reply to your Shopify order-confirmation email and include your order number.
