Digital Delivery Policy

Jämna is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping or handling fee is charged.

After payment is successfully completed, access is delivered electronically to the email address entered during checkout. Delivery is generally immediate, although payment processing or email-provider delays may occasionally occur.

Please enter your email address carefully and check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if the delivery message does not appear.

If you do not receive access or the provided link does not work, reply to your Shopify order-confirmation email. Include your order number and the email address used during checkout so we can assist you.

Because Jämna is delivered digitally, physical shipping times, tracking numbers, carriers, and delivery locations do not apply.
