Refund and Return Policy

Jämna is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped, and there is nothing to return.

Because access is provided immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered. However, please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Your download or access link does not work.
• The delivered file is damaged or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase by replying to your order-confirmation email. Include your order number and the email address used during checkout. We will first attempt to correct any access or download problem.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Access to Jämna may be discontinued after a refund is issued.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
